Organization Manage Settings

These options affect system wide settings and can only be edited by an Admin or Super-User. To access, navigate to the Admin tab on the top right corner. In the sidebar click on Organization, from the drop down select Manage Settings.

The Organization Settings page is broken into tabs.

Settings Tab

The Settings tab contains the community name and some basic information, you can also change the logo here. Most of these will be already set by default.

• Privacy Policy: Default or GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

• Web Hostname: The HTTP hostname of the online community. Ie. connect.sengii.com
• Mail Hostname: The organization’s email hostname.
• Website: your organization’s website. Ie. https://sengii.com
• Group Name: The name of the organization’s Online Community. Ie. Sengii Connect
• Short Name: short community name (connect, engage, meetup, neighborhood)
• Group Description: A description of the Online Community.
• Profile URL: A link to the organization’s Profile page.
• Image: The Online Community logo. (For more theme changes go to Admin> Organization> Manage Theme).
• Background Image: The section graphic displayed above the Group Name on the organization’s Profile page. (For more theme changes go to Admin> Organization> Manage Theme).
