Legacy Tab

These options affect system wide settings and can only be edited by Admin or Super-Users. To access, navigate to the Admin tab on the top right corner. In the User Menu click on Organization, from the drop down select Manage Settings.

Admin> Organization> Manage Settings> Legacy

On the Legacy Tab, you can edit the following:

  • Generate Event Graphics: Yes: If an event does not have a graphic set for it, the system will generate one for it. No: The system will not generate one for it.
  • Hide non CRM users: Yes: Hides users who are not from an AMS/CRM. No: Displays them.
  • Display Company in Personal Profile: Yes: Displays the user’s company on their personal profile page. No: Does not.
  • CRM Profile Mode: No Writes: The system runs completely stand alone from AMS/CRM. Disable Partial: Certain fields in profiles are edited through from the organization's website. Disable Full: All fields in profiles are edited from your organization’s website. Write Partial: Certain fields will be written to your AMS/CRM. Write Full: All fields will be written to your AMS/CRM.
  • Profile Update URL: Link to the organization’s website to edit personal profile pages.
  • Group Creation URL: Link to the organization’s website to create groups and edit their profiles.
  • Company Update URL: Link to the organization's website to update the company profile page.
  • Manage Firm Membership URL: Link to the organization’s website to manage the user’s firm.
  • Committee Signup URL: Link to a page on the organization’s website  that allows for members to sign up to committees.
  • Restricted Access URL: If a user’s account is suspended or disabled, they will be redirected to this URL in order to re-establish themselves in good standing.
  • Login Recovery URL: Link to a page on the organization’s website  where a user can recover their login information.
  • Mobile Login URL
  • Login URL: Link to a page on the organization’s website where a user can login.
  • Logout URL: Link to a page on the organization’s website where a user can logout.
  • Session Authentication URL: For internal authentication with the system.
