Data Reporting Tools

The online community comes with Reporting tools that extract data from various sources and makes the information easier to understand by summarizing and visualizing the data in tables, charts and word clouds.

To view the reports go to Admin> Generate Reports Or on the left menu go to Reports> View Reports.

Custom Reports lets you create your own report templates. Custom Report Rules allows you to run a report by specific criteria like groups or people and also set it to a schedule.

Following is the list of reports ready to be generated:

  • Detailed Report for Short Date Range: Subject cloud, word cloud, author cloud, new group joins, first user participation, user participation, most frequent logged in website  visitors, logged in website views per day, user profile updates, user messages, group discussions (new topics), group discussions (replies), most active discussion (replies), group profile updates, top participating users, discussions by websites vs email, top user participants per group, most active groups by discussions, participation by age range, membership by age range, participation by region, email views.  
  • Overview Report for Long Date Range: Subject cloud, word cloud, author cloud, new group joins, first user participation, user participation, most frequent logged in website  visitors, logged in website views per day, user profile updates, user messages, group discussions (new topics), group discussions (replies), most active discussion (replies), group profile updates, top participating users, discussions by websites vs email, top user participants per group, most active groups by discussions,  highest rated discussion, participation by age range, membership by age range, participation by region, email views.  
  • Detailed Report for Unsubscriptions: Subscription summary for all time and Email bounces.
  • Report of Profile Updates: Updated profile picture and updated profile.
  • Report of Discussion Engagement: Started discussions, responded to discussions, unique users who started or responded to discussion.
  • Report of Group Downloads: Resource downloads by group.
  • Report of Surveys
  • Report of Totals: Group  profile updates, groups joined, users who joined groups, new topics, replies, new topics without replies, users who posted new topics, users who posted topics without replies, posts by email, posts by website, discussion attachments, new topics by discussion groups, messages posted by website, messages posted by email, total email views, total website views, group resources, links, blogs, profile updates, subscriptions for all time.

Select a report to create and choose the Report Start and End Date. Then Generate Report or Download Report. Reports can be downloaded as PDFs or spreadsheets.
